I am writing this ban appeal with the utmost sincerity and hope that you will take the time to consider my perspective. I recently received a permanent ban from the server of mazerp by Booplayzz due to accusations of Staff Disrespect, Encouraging rule breaking, toxicity and sensitive topics. I want to address each of these accusations and clarify my intentions.First and foremost, I want to emphasize that I have never intentionally encouraged rule breaking on the server in fact I don't recall ever encouraging rule breaking.I have always strived to abide by the rules and guidelines set by the server. I have also taken the initiative to assist and guide new players, ensuring that they understand and follow the rules as well. I take pride in creating a positive and inclusive environment for all player's only want whats best for the server and it was never my intention to promote any form of rule breaking.Regarding the accusation of toxicity, I want to express that I have always tried to be a helpful and supportive member of the community. I have actively engaged in conversations and interactions with other players, offering assistance and guidance whenever necessary mostly maze related. If my behavior was perceived as toxic by any individual, it was most likely a misunderstanding,misinterpretation of my intentions or I was genuinely provoked. I believe that my actions and words were not meant to cause turmoil or disrespect on the server.I also want to address the sensitive topics that have been brought into question. When I made statements about the staff of the school roleplay server(not mazerp), I want to clarify that I was simply relaying information that I had been told by others. I did not intend to spread false rumors or accusations, but rather to express concerns that had been brought to my attention altough I will admit this was incredibly stupid on my part as I should not be trusting random people anyway. Additionally, I witnessed instances of new players using inappropriate language and engaging in conversations about sensitive topics like ''I want to f2b a griever'' or ''anyone want to f2b'' which has 2 meanings,to skip a part of a roleplay or as i stated inappropriate behavior which in the way they were using it was inappropriate which in other words means that they said ''I want to have sexual relations with a griever'' or ''anyone wanna have sexual relations'' those of which were not rumors at all as I witnessed it personally and those things were said in chat and further proves that I should not be getting banned rather the players who said the inappropriate language and topics. I merely brought attention to these occurrences in an effort to address and resolve the issue, not to perpetuate any negativity.I understand the severity of the accusations and the impact that they may might have had on the server community. However, I firmly believe that a permanent ban may not be the most appropriate course of action, especially considering that other players who have been caught cheating have received shorter bans for example Emerald. I humbly request that you reconsider the length of my ban and potentially grant me a second chance to prove myself as a good member of the server community.I want to emphasize that my intentions were never malicious or intended to disrupt the server. I sincerely apologize if my actions or words have caused any distress or concern among the staff and players.Ive played on the server for 3 years and made alot of friendships,progress and memories throughout the years and now its all gone, I cant see my friends or play a server I love and this has upset me greatly(yes I cried not that anyone cares or helps me in any way). In short, I hope for the opportunity to be able play on the server I love most again and to rectify any misunderstandings that may have occurred and if not I at least hope for a shorter ban time( a few months 3-5 months or something like that which is 90 to 150 days which is still a great amount of time.).

After discussing about your appeal, we have decided to shorten your ban to 3 1/2 months (106 days). I would like to remind you that all rules must be followed or else the punishments in the future will be more extreme.
