What experience do you have with roleplaying? I've been playing srp for about 2 almost 3 years now, outside of that not very much random bits of rp on different games.
What is your motivation for applying for Keeper? I really enjoy playing Mazerp and doing the trials, i also really like the community of mazerp aswell. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful.

Please give a brief description of your character’s personality: Suzuki would be a solemn dude always with the same expression, showing on his scarred face. rather bold and unforgiving of those who break the rules.
Tell us why your character would be a great pick for this leadership position: Suzuki would lead the baggers, because of his well temper and strict adherence to the laws set by the previous baggers.
What activities would you host for your job members? Firstly, expeditions to hunt banished, beetle blades, and grievers whenever possible as the materials are really useful, and the beetle blade shells can be used to make grief serum. Second, I would host fun optional tournaments for the baggers to compete in and win prizes and bragging rights. Third escort missions, if a job needed a lot of some material found in the maze they could request an escort of players in the specified discord channel. (this would be added with the revamp of the discord.) Fourth Gate guards, when the gate opens have a selection of people possibly a rank of people that want to, to guard the gate in case any banished get some funny ideas.
How do you see your job and its role in the Glade? The keeper of the baggers is the leader of a small army essentially our job is to protect the glade and act as police officers, if someone is breaking rules you have to apply the correct punishment.
As a Keeper, you will have authority over Gladers. How would you react to these hypothetical scenarios?
When sanctioning other Gladers, what would make the difference between an oral warning, the slammer, and banishment? It would depend on the crime committed, feeding resources to the banished would get you banished, doing something that harms the work of another glader or small damage to them would be punished by time in the slammer, doing anything that’s meant to troll or bother someone without causing issues with what they are trying to complete would result in an oral warning.
A Glader has been stealing from the storage, how do you react? Depending on the amount stolen, make them return all they are able to, then issue time in the slammer or an oral warning if it wasn’t very much and is all returned. If they have taken key resources and will not return any of it, this may be punished by banishment, depending on the votes of all the other keepers.
A Glader has been giving precious resources to the Banished, how do you react? This will result in banishment, feeding resources to the banished is punished by being banished.
