What experience do you have with roleplaying?: I have roleplayed on and off for a number of years and have had a good experience in the past
What is your motivation for applying for Keeper?: I want to provide a safe place for people to have fun but also know that if something happens that they don't like either within the Glade or the job itself then they can come to me with any questions.

Please give a brief description of your character’s personality: Jack is a kind hearted person who is always ready to help others while they appear to be laid back if the need arises for them to be stern then they will, but will never go out of their way to be mean to others.
Tell us why your character would be a great pick for this leadership position: My character would be a great pick because of the fact that they understand the inner workings of the glade and would work with the other keepers to make sure they were meeting needs and also if they had anything to raise then they would do in a professional manner.
What activities would you host for your job members?: Currently I am not sure what activities I would run but I would talk with the other members of the Job and get an understanding for what it is they wanted and go from there.
How do you see your job and its role in the Glade?: I see my Job and it's role in the Glade as a vital part to make sure the Glade runs smoothly as much as any other jobs as we are able to provide the necessary resources that the other jobs need like ores for Bricknicks, Redstone for the Medjacks and Coal for the Cooks.
As a Keeper, you will have authority over Gladers. How would you react to these hypothetical scenarios?
When sanctioning other Gladers, what would make the difference between an oral warning, the slammer, and banishment? If they are caught stealing resources from other jobs then they get a verbal warning, if they continue to cause problems then they get put in the slammer, if after then they still have not got the message that their behaviour will not tolerated and become aggressive to other Gladers then banishment is in order.
A Glader has been stealing from the storage, how do you react? I would give them a verbal warning but also talk to them to figure out why they were stealing from storage and figure out how we can work together to reach a compromise that doesn't result in them having to steal
A Glader has been giving precious resources to the Banished, how do you react?: If I found that a Glader was giving precious resources to the Banished on the first offence much like before I would give them a stern verbal warning and make them aware that should they continue to steal and give precious resources to the Banished then they would be sent to the slammer, if after that they are still precious resources to the Banished then I would have no choice but to banish them as they do not seem to understand how their actions affect the rest of the Glade and if they want to give stuff to the Banished then they can join them.
