I have been on many Minecraft Roleplay servers in the past. I also made my own a couple of years ago.

I want to become a leader on the server. I also want to help new players get their footing like how I was helped when I first joined.

Tell us why your character would be a great pick for this leadership position:
He would be a great pick because my character wants to help and give back to the people of the Glade in any way he can, including stepping up to become a leader.
What activities would you host for your job members?
I would just like to meet with the active Brick-Nick players occasionally to make sure they are keeping up to date on getting our needed resources and looking for ways to increase productivity in the glade and keeping raiding from happening.
How do you see your job and its role in the Glade?
The role of a Brick-Nick is to armor and supply the Gladers with weapons and items to help protect against the dangers of the Glade.
As a Keeper, you will have authority over Gladers. How would you react to these hypothetical scenarios?
When sanctioning other Gladers, what would make the difference between an oral warning, the slammer, and banishment?
A warning first is given so the Glader is made aware of the rules to not make a mistake again, slammer is some time to reflect on their actions due to repeated rule violation and banishment is for if a Glader has proven they are incapable of following the rules and will always act like a liability.
A Glader has been stealing from the storage, how do you react?
I would ask him to put the food back and, if he didn't listen after I warned him, I would jail him for his crimes and/or inform moderators if further problems existed.
A Glader has been giving precious resources to the Banished, how do you react?
I would have to try to stop him from giving stuff away by limiting his access to taking our stuff and trying to get the other loot back. If the Glader continued I would jail him.
