OOC Age Range (Optional): 27
Activity Scale (How many days a week do you play on average?): Can very but can be on say 3 to 4 time a week but about 3 times a day
Timezone and availability: UK (GMT/BST), available most evenings and weekends
Do you have any punishment history on Roleplay Hub (SchoolRP, MazeRP, or Creative)? If so, please state your punishments: No, I have never been punished in the servers
Do you understand that the Keeper role is solely an in-character role, and that its permissions can only be used for in-character purposes? (Yes/No): Yes
What experience do you have with roleplaying?
I’ve been roleplaying for over three years now, exploring a wide range of role and jobs in alot of different servers
What is your motivation for applying for Keeper?
My motivation for applying to the role of Keeper of the cooks, is that i will be able to help keep things running smoothly, organize different activities, and make sure everyone feels involved and valued. I’m eager to bring my experience to the table and help make the Glade an even better place for everyone.
IC (In-Character)
Character Name: Charlie
Character Age: 28
Please give a brief description of your character’s personality:
Charlie is friendly, optimistic, and very loyal. He’s got a sharp mind and a strong sense of responsibility, always putting the well-being of others first. He’s also a fantastic cook, which adds a bit of flair to his personality. He’s known for his quick thinking and problem-solving skills, and he’s great at keeping everyone motivated and happy and on the job so thing keep running on their jobs
Tell us why your character would be a great pick for this leadership position:
I am natural leader who cares deeply about my fellow Gladers. My experience as a cook has given me great organizational skills by organizing the chest for the food and a knack for managing resources effectively. I am fair, calm under pressure, and has a strong track record of handling tough situations with ease.
What activities would you host for your job members?
I’d would organize cooking workshops and food prep training to help everyone improve their skills. I’d also set up community meals and special events to keep morale high and bring everyone together. It’s all about making sure we’re all working well together and no fights start and that everyone having a good time.
How do you see your job and its role in the Glade?
I sees the Keeper role not just for keeping order, but also for making sure everyone’s Requests are seen too. His experience in cooking means he can contribute into helping to keep the community strong and united and to make sure no one is fighting.
As a Keeper, you will have authority over Gladers. How would you react to these hypothetical scenarios?
When sanctioning other Gladers, what would make the difference between an oral warning, the slammer, and banishment?
I would look at the seriousness of the problem, the intent behind the problem that made this happen, and the Glader’s history. Minor issues might just get a warning, while more serious and repeated problems might lead to a stay in the slammer for an hour. Banishment would be reserved for actions like if they take everything to the banished in the maze
A Glader has been stealing from the storage, how do you react?
I would first want to look into why the Glader was stealing. If it’s a one-time doing it, they might given a warning and keep a closer eye on them so they don't do it again. For repeated or harmful theft, a temporary stay in the slammer for 1 hour might be needed to show the seriousness of the problem.
A Glader has been giving precious resources to the Banished, how do you react?
This is a big problem, as it would lower the supply's in the whole Glade and start effecting everyone so i would isolate the Glader and look into the situation thoroughly. Depending on their why they did it, the response could range from a stay in the slammer for an hour to banishment if their actions are seen as a serious threat to the community.
